Once I receive your inquiry, I’ll reach out to answer any questions, chat about your vision, and confirm my availability for your date. We’ll connect in whatever way feels easiest for you, whether that’s email, video call, or text, and go over all the details for your wedding to make sure we’re a great fit.

If you’d like, you can also schedule a consult call using the link below, it’s a quick 30 to 45 minute call where we can meet, talk through your plans, and go over any questions you have. Once everything feels right, I’ll send over your contract and invoice so we can officially reserve your date!

3. SECURE YOUR DATE

To officially reserve your date, a signed contract and a $500 retainer are required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is split into at least three payments, with the final payment due one month before your wedding date. This helps make the investment more manageable while ensuring everything is fully paid ahead of your day.

4. THE COUNTDOWN BEGINS

Once you’re officially booked, the planning process begins! About two months before your wedding, I’ll send over a detailed questionnaire so we can go through your timeline, priorities, and all the little details that matter most for your day. I’ll also be available throughout the entire planning process as a resource if you need help guidance or advice along the way. I’m here for whatever you need to help make things feel easy and stress free!
