THE PROCESS
1. FILL OUT THE FORM
Fill out my inquiry form with as much detail as you can. The more I know about what you are envisioning, the better I can serve you. You can expect a response within 24 hours.
2. LET'S CHAT
Once I receive your inquiry, I'll reach out to answer any questions, chat about your vision, and confirm my availability. If you don't already have a specific date in mind, I'll provide a few options that work with my schedule. Once we've settled on the details, I'll send over your contract and invoice so we can officially reserve your date.
3. SECURE YOUR DATE
To officially reserve your date, a signed contract and a retainer are required at the time of booking. The remaining balance can be split into a payment plan that works best for you. For weddings, the final balance is due one month before your wedding date. For all other sessions, the final balance is due the day before your session.
4. PLANNING
Once you're officially booked, the planning begins! For weddings, I'll send over a detailed questionnaire about two months before your wedding date so we can go over your timeline, priorities, and all the important details. For portrait sessions, you'll receive a questionnaire about one week before your session to help me learn more about your vision and preferences. From there, we'll finalize any remaining details to ensure everything runs smoothly.
